About Me
In my spare time, I am spending time with my awesome, smart, and handsome son. I also love spending time with family and friends. My home church is Flag Chapel Baptist. In church I have been active from singing in the choir, teaching children’s church and baby nursery, bus ministry to helping with vacation Bible school.
About my Platform
Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH) is my platform. This condition is often under-recognized and misunderstood, yet it has a profound impact on those affected by it. As a current WARRIOR of IIH, I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to live with such a complex condition. IIH is a rare disorder characterized by increased pressure inside the skull without a clear cause, and it can lead to debilitating symptoms like severe headaches, vision problems, and even permanent blindness if left untreated.
By choosing IIH as my platform, I aim to provide support for individuals living with the condition, advocate for better access to specialized care, and ultimately help improve the quality of life for those affected by it.
